A Bushel and A Peck Return Policy Update

At A Bushel & A Peck, our main goal is to assist our valued customers and help them find the individual item(s) that are just right for them. We understand there are times when an item may not work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it right! You can either exchange the item or return it if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

All exchanges and returns must be received within 14 days from the date it was shipped to you from the store or from the date of in-store purchase. Items must remain un-washed and unworn with tags attached. If the return is past the 14 days, you are subject to a 30% restocking fee. 

Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If you received a defective or an incorrect item, or if an item you ordered is missing, please contact our team via email within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Effective May 1, 2022, all returns will be processed as either comment sold account credit or store credit. We will no longer refund to the type of payment used: cash or credit card. Items purchased from our comment sold platform, which includes our mobile app, will be processed as comment sold account credit. Purchases made in-store or online will be processed as store credit via a gift card.

We are confident you will be able to find a different item you will like using your credit. The comment sold account credit can be used on the comment sold platform via Facebook or by using our mobile app. The credit received via a gift card can be used either in-store, online, or online to purchase comment sold credit, if this is your preferred way to shop.

The following items are not eligible for return and are FINAL SALE:

· Personalized items

· Clearance, discounted, or sale items

· Furniture

· Items received or brought to the store past the 14-day date of ship or original purchase

· Shipping is non-refundable unless there was an error made on our end


We respectfully limit the number of returns per customer to 14 items per calendar year.

Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
