At A Bushel & A Peck, our biggest goal is to serve well our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, missing an item or received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order.

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:​

  • All returns must be received within 14 days* of the date that we ship out your order or from the date of purchase in store. (Bushel Box clothing must be returned within 72 hours of delivery via mail and 96 hours if returning to our actual store).

  • Anything purchased with any form of "personalization" is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn with tags attached.

  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
