Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new arrivals, sales, and busy seasons, please allow a little extra time! We promise it’s worth the wait!
Shipping Details
We offer a simple, flat rate:
- $7 Flat Rate Shipping via USPS
Once your order ships, you can expect it to arrive within 3–7 business days. (Keep an eye on your tracking, happy mail is on the way!)
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order heads out, you’ll receive an email with tracking info so you can follow it right to your doorstep.
Local Pickup
Local to us? Choose free pickup at checkout! We’ll email you as soon as your order is ready with all the details.
A Few Friendly Notes
- Please double-check your shipping address, we’re not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
- Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of USPS. We aren’t responsible for shipping delays, but we’re always happy to help if you need us!
Damaged or Missing Items
If something isn’t quite right, let us know within 3 days of delivery (with your order number + photos), and we’ll make it right.
