Piping Dress

The contrast piping is everything on this dress! This is a "utility" style dress in a chino type material. It features short sleeves,  buttons to the waist and then a zipper fly (!) and side pockets. There is a piped self belt and piping at collar, cuff & back shoulder.  Dress falls 26" from back neck.
